LPKF ProtoPrint S4 is a manual stencil printer that provides precise printing results. The device allows both single and double-sided printing of PCB prototypes and printing in small batches.

With the ProtoPrint S4, LPKF offers a manual stencil printer for precise printing results. The device is suitable for single-sided and double-sided printing of PCB prototypes as well as small batches. The LPKF Edition SMT ProtoPrint S4 uses stainless steel stencils. Due to an integrated clamping frame, polyimide foils can also be used.

Fine Positioning Accuracy

LPKF ProtoPrint S4 offers high positioning accuracy, SMD fine pitch printing, adjustable print height and easy clamping of stencil frames. The flat base plate also has adequate space to accommodate magnetic PCB holders. The fine-positioning of the PCB is accomplished through the three micrometer screws on the plate for X, Y and theta axis control.

Fast Printing and Easy Generation of Perforated Stencil's Data

The optimized data for a perforated polyimide foil stencil can be generated from the PCB layout data through the usage of the LPKF CircuitPro software. The LPKF ProtoMat can also conveniently mills out the stencil and allows the solder paste to be printed after just a few minutes.
