2025 has been a fantastic year for the Tokimeku engineering team, as we’ve successfully completed numerous automation projects, big and small.
This year, we’ve been busy developing our very own turnkey solutions, including the Auto-Soldering Machine and Auto-Screw Machine. These standardised units offer a fast, simple automation solution for companies looking to streamline their processes, without the need for complex customisation.
Despite being turnkey systems, these machines are adaptable to a wide variety of materials and products. Thanks to our in-house design production team, we can also design custom jigs and fixtures to securely hold your unique workpieces in place, no matter their shape or size.
Take a look at Tokimeku's brand-new Auto-Screw Machine, a compact, tabletop automated screwdriver system. This machine comes with an optional camera attachment to monitor and record the screwing process, as well as a separate dual-headed operation for continuous, alternating use.
Thanks to this machine, our customers have experienced an upwards of 30% boost in efficiency, with one station equivalent to 3-5 manual operators. The Auto-Screw Machine allows you to set over 100 custom programmes, controlling factors like position, speed, torque, and depth of each screw. This ensures a high level of accuracy and repeatability, reducing human error and eliminating the inconsistencies that arise from manual screwing, like loose or overly tightened screws.
