Highly effective recycling
Solder dross recycling can reduce tin wastage by up to 75%, with up to 90% of the material recoverable for reuse. This significantly improves resource efficiency and lowers overall production costs.
No Chemicals used
The process relies on physical separation at a relatively low temperature, heating the bath to a maximum of 280 °C to separate pure tin from dross—without the use of any chemicals. This method preserves the integrity of the solder, ensuring there is no degradation in quality or loss in quantity during recovery.
Automatic processing
Once the dross is loaded, it is automatically transferred to the mixing bowl, where the separation process begins. Recycled solder is separated from waste materials and collected in designated compartments. The recovered solder, now in molten tin form, is stored in a holding chamber equipped with a sensor and alarm system to notify the operator when it reaches full capacity. At that point, the molten tin can be discharged into a molding tray, forming uniform solder bars ready for reuse. Waste by-products, such as tin ash, are collected separately and can be easily removed for disposal.
Safe Operation
The high-temperature filtration compartment is designed to be maintenance-free, eliminating the need for regular cleaning. Additionally, the machine is insulated with a heat-resistant mesh that limits the external surface temperature to a safe 45 °C. These features work together to protect the operator and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment during operation.
Stainless Steel Tank
The machine features a 316-grade stainless steel mixing bowl—renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and durability. This design not only ensures long-term performance but also allows for easy and efficient cleaning. With a 70 kg capacity, the high-powered mixing bowl delivers uniform heating and thorough mixing, making it ideal for high-volume processing.
