Features and Benefits
Highly effective recycling
Solder dross recycling can reduce tin wastage by up to 75%, with up to 90% of the material recoverable for reuse. This significantly improves resource efficiency and lowers overall production costs.
No Chemicals used
The process relies on physical separation at a relatively low temperature, heating the bath to a maximum of 280 °C to separate pure tin from dross—without the use of any chemicals. This method preserves the integrity of the solder, ensuring there is no degradation in quality or loss in quantity during recovery.
Automatic processing
Solder dross is first loaded into a container with a maximum capacity of 30 kg. Once loaded, the material is automatically transferred to the mixing bowl, where the separation process begins. Recycled solder is separated from waste materials and directed into their respective collection systems.
When the molten recycled solder reaches the 30 kg threshold, it is automatically discharged into a molding tray, forming uniform solder bars ready for reuse. An integrated cooling system rapidly cools and solidifies the bars, ensuring they are production-ready in a short time. Residual waste materials, such as tin ash, are collected separately and can be easily removed for disposal.
User-Friendly Operation
The machine is designed for ease of operation, featuring a PID controller that enables precise, hands-free temperature regulation. It also includes a built-in timer function, allowing users to set pre-defined heating durations and schedule automatic start/stop cycles. All functions are easily managed through an intuitive 5.7" touchscreen control panel, providing a user-friendly interface for efficient control and monitoring.
Air Purification system
The machine is equipped with a water filtration system and activated carbon filters to effectively remove smoke particles and harmful fumes generated during the recycling process. This ensures a cleaner, safer working environment and helps maintain compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
Stainless Steel Tank
The machine features a 316-grade stainless steel mixing bowl—renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and durability. This design not only ensures long-term performance but also allows for easy and efficient cleaning. With a 100 kg capacity, the high-powered mixing bowl delivers uniform heating and thorough mixing, making it ideal for high-volume processing.
