At Tokimeku, we're with you every step of the way.
proof of concept and application trials
Proof of concept, Application Trials and Evaluation
Our service begins with a collaborative discussion, where we engage directly with relevant stakeholders involved in your project or application. During this stage, we work closely with your team to understand your current production setup, define key objectives, existing pain points, and develop a tailored, practical solution that aligns with your operational needs.
Once the initial design is approved by the customer, we move forward with application or evaluation trials using test samples. These trials are conducted to verify that the machine performs to specification within the customer’s factory environment. Throughout the testing process, we maintain close communication with the customer, gathering feedback to ensure the final solution aligns seamlessly with their expectations and operational goals.
Customised Jigs, Fixtures, Stencils
Custom Jigs, Fixtures, Stencils
During the initial phase of the project, we also offer the service to design and fabricate custom jigs, fixtures, or stencils (JFS) for customers who do not already have these components in place. These JFS solutions are engineered to meet the specific requirements of the application, ensuring that the customer's workpieces are accurately positioned and securely held throughout the process.
By tailoring the JFS to the unique shapes, dimensions, and handling needs of the workpieces, we enable smooth and reliable integration with the machines and production line. Our team works closely with the customer during this phase to gather all necessary specifications and to ensure that the design aligns with both the technical and practical demands of their production environment.
In addition to supporting our automation projects, we also provide JFS design and manufacturing as a standalone service for customers who require high-quality jigs, fixtures, or stencils without engaging our full automation solutions.

Modular Automation
Bite-Sized Automation
At Tokimeku, we specialize in modular—or "bite-sized"—automation solutions designed to meet the specific needs of modern manufacturing environments. Our approach allows customers to selectively automate targeted segments of their production line, offering greater flexibility and scalability compared to traditional, all-or-nothing automation systems.
With us, manufacturers are not locked into large, upfront investments or rigid system architectures. They can start small—automating a single process or station—and expand gradually as needs evolve or budgets allow. This is especially valuable for businesses with dynamic production requirements, custom product lines, or space constraints, as it enables them to adapt quickly without major disruptions.
As production volumes grow or as product complexity increases, additional modules can be easily integrated into the existing setup. Whether the goal is to enhance throughput, improve consistency, or reduce labor dependency, Tokimeku’s modular architecture supports incremental growth in a cost-effective and low-risk manner.
Benefits:
- Significant cost savings by avoiding unnecessary capital expenditure on new machinery
- Reduced downtime through incremental upgrades rather than large-scale overhauls
- Minimized environmental impact by reducing industrial waste
At Tokimeku, our goal is to empower manufacturers with sustainable, adaptable, and cost-effective automation, enabling them to future-proof their operations while maintaining full control over the pace and scale of transformation.
installation
Machine Installation
Whether it’s a fully customized solution or a turnkey (standard) machine, our team of experienced service engineers are fully equipped and professionally trained to carry out installations with precision and efficiency. We prioritize minimizing downtime and disruption to your existing production line, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration process.
Our engineers follow strict installation protocols and safety standards, working closely with your in-house teams to coordinate schedules, adapt to on-site conditions, and verify that all system components are functioning as intended. With a strong focus on reliability and performance, we aim to get your operations up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible—without compromising on quality or safety.
training
Employee Training
To make certain your team is fully prepared to operate and maintain the new equipment, we offer comprehensive training programs tailored to your needs. This includes both on-site internal training conducted by our experienced engineers, as well as specialized training delivered directly by the original equipment supplier, when and if applicable.
Our training sessions are designed to equip your staff with the knowledge and practical skills required for safe, efficient, and confident operation of the machine. From basic functionality and daily operation to minor troubleshooting, we help your team build the capability to maximize the value and performance of your investment.
retraining
Refresher Courses
Has your team expanded? Have key personnel responsible for operating the machine transitioned to other roles within the production line? No need to worry — sign up for refresher or retraining programs that are designed to bring new team members up to speed or reinforce best practices for existing staff. Whether it's a full operational overview or targeted instruction on specific functions, our goal is to maintain your team’s confidence and competence in using the equipment effectively, ensuring consistent performance over time.
maintenance and support
After-sales support
Our commitment to you doesn’t end with the delivery and installation of the machine. Ongoing maintenance and dedicated after-sales support keeps your equipment running at peak performance and your production line operating without interruption.
Whether it’s routine servicing, troubleshooting, or technical assistance, our responsive support team is readily available to address any issues that may arise. By maintaining a close relationship with our customers even after project completion, we help extend the lifespan of your equipment, minimize downtime, and support long-term operational success.
Refurbishment
Machine Refurbishment
Unlike conventional automation providers that often require a complete overhaul of existing equipment, Tokimeku’s refurbishes our customers’ current machinery for integration into an automation system. This means there is no need to discard equipment that is still functional and efficient.
By preserving existing assets, manufacturers can protect their prior investments while still embracing modern automation. This approach drastically reduces capital expenditure, lowers implementation risk, and shortens the time to deployment—allowing production to continue with minimal disruption.
Instead, we enable interoperability across machines from different manufacturers, creating a unified and intelligent production ecosystem without the need for wholesale replacement. This approach not only minimizes waste and environmental impact, but also empowers manufacturers to modernize on their own terms, at their own pace.
